end of an era

pop the popcorn, dust off the old vcr and set it to record this evening at 8pm est, as our dearly beloved arrested development is finally put out of it's protracted misery at the hands of the fox broadcasting company. yes, sadly you are reading this correctly, tonight is the final 2 hour episode (unless abc or showtime can rescue it) of the show. that being said, i have it on good authority that tobias and co. will receive the proper send off they deserve. buster bluth...gone too soon.

Terrible. This is atrocious. I have been the biggest follower and supporter of this show since I saw the Series Premiere 3 years ago, and have sat and watched every minute. What is wrong with you America??? Why can you not appreciate true comedy genius? Would you rather be taken aback by the witty repertoire of John Belushi or George Lopez on the family ABC sitcom's that strive to teach a lesson each week? Well, good for you America, and shame on you- because of this, I might be forced to cough up the extra $30 a month just to buy showtime for one single show- if they agree to pick it up.

Whoops. I guess I meant Jim Belushi. Either way you slice it, "According to Jim" is one pair of jean shorts shy of a Tobias Funke.
