i know that i am getting old, but...
how did i miss the wave of 'cornholing' fever that overcame america? it has become so prevalent that ashley's favorite football player, carson palmer, is sponsoring a 'cornhole' classic. i assure you that i am not lying, see for yourself (heck, you can even download a cornhole classic brochure!).

Kim and I were recently in the great city of DC visiting Emily and Billy (both were born and raised in Cincinnati) and they were talking about a "much anticipated" gift Billy's brother-in-law was bringing him that night. They both had a hunch it would be an "Ohio State Cornhole Set". Even though I went to school in Ohio I never crossed paths with this cornhold thing so I needed an explanation. I was informed that it basically involved tossing bean bags in an attempt to get them in a hole in a piece of wood - very creative Cincinnati. Sure enough, later that night an Ohio State Cornhole Set did arrive. In case you are wondering what makes it an "Ohio State" set - the boards are simply painted Buckeye colors with jailbars (just kidding no bars - but I do think that would help sales). Anyway, these Cincy clowns went on about this game and they could not have been more proud that game has roots to Cincy - I was even directed to chat rooms, message boards and tournments - and one dude suggested I go here http://www.cornholeoutlet.com/ and get one in PSU colors. That's OK Ohio...this one is all yours...
